• The mattress must be in good condition and free from damage, stains, or odors.
• The mattress must be used on a proper foundation or bed frame.

3. Refunds
Once the returned mattress is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

4. Exchanges
